scope, assumptions, risk and resources. Tools for stakeholder management and project
communications. Introduction to work breakdown schedules, critical paths and PM tools including
SWOT, PESTLE, scenario planning and RACI.

Innovation and Project Management (PM)

For individuals who are a part of project teams. Also for those contribute to solutions to business
problems or need to introduce new income streams.

Content:

From idea inception through to project implementation, a thorough introduction and practice of critical
and creative thinking skills and a high level introduction to project management language, concepts and
their value.

and constructive feedback throughout a day of presentation practice.

For experienced presenters delivering presentations at conferences and management level.

Stretch yourself to achieve top class communication. Through coaching and trying out alternative

Creating Effective Teams

For teams who are newly formed or who need to improve their performance or have had personnel
changes, including redundancies.

Content:

Focusing on team effectiveness we investigate individuals different styles of working and the strengths
of each approach. We agree ways that the team can communicate and collaborate more effectively and
look at key processes that can be improved.

Outcome:

  • Insight into personal preferences using Myers Briggs

Half Day Courses

Creative Thinking and Problem Solving skills

For individuals and teams who need to improve their approach to creating new ideas and solving
problems that contribute to fulfilling their business objectives or improve business processes.

Content:

This is about the creative application of human imagination and skill. Introducing a suite of tools and
techniques that enhance your existing skills and practicing them on existing challenges in your
business.

Facilitation and meeting management skills

For individuals who drive the progress of a project or team process, action or decision. Also for those
that regularly manage meetings.

Feedback Skills

For team and project leads needing to create a feedback loop to ensure continuous professional

A complete view of the most effective approach to giving and receiving feedback. Opportunities to
practice and deal with difficult circumstances. It takes practice and confidence in feedback skills to
provide effective feedback.

Mentor Skills

For individuals who mentor as part of a formal mentor scheme or who provide informal coaching support
to peers or through line management responsibilities.

Content:

A mentor is tasked to create a trusted relationship; offer subject expertise and experience and guide
someone to achieve an agreed aim. The skills taught are also those of a line manager and a coach.
Rapport building; relationship management and feedback skills. Introduces formal mentor processes
including objective setting and dealing with challenging situations.
